There has been released its budget camera Alpha 390 DSLR by Sony in Australia. The latest released Sony DSLR has 14.2 MP CCD image sensor, light weight body, and 2.7 inch variable angle LCD panel at the back side of it. Built upon Sony’s SteadyShot technology, the camera can display images on a big screen TV via mini HDMI port, included in the device. Both SD and SDHC memory cards are provided support in the camera; the device which also has embedded MemoryStick Pro Duo Flash memory cards. The camera has also been enriched with Sony’s Quick AF Live View offering users the speed and accuracy via phase-detection and auto-focusing which also works well even on using LCD screen to frame subjects. The camera which is also included with SteadyShot inside image stabilization system to prevent the unwanted camera shakes while shooting a video or taking a photograph, primarily targets entry level photographers.
Explaining the device, Maurice Satya, Sony Australia product manager for αDSLR said, “With increasing consumer interest in professional photography, the α390 has been designed specifically for first-time DSLR users, letting them capture professional quality photos without the steep learning curve.”
